Plaza de África Es el centro neurálgico de Ceuta ya que en esta plaza se disponen el Palacio Autonómico, la Comandancia General, la Catedral, El Santuario de Nuestra Señora de África y el Hotel Parador «La Muralla». En el centro de la plaza se encuentra el monumento a los Caídos en la Guerra de África de 1859-60.
